The green coris wrasse is sometimes confused with the banana wrasse, but unlike the banana they are reef safe and do not bother clean up crew. These wrasses are very active, constantly hunting for worms and small crustaceans to eat. At night they will borrow into the sand bed and sleep. These fish are known to jump so a canopy is recommended.
